Very happy with this product. Good size and good quality. I used it on the standard cotton program and it did cut about 40 minutes of the total time. I put a few drops of fabric softener on them and the clothes came perfect. Very pleased. I didn’t communicate with the seller, there was no need. Fast shipping.
